Refund and Return Policy
We don't accept returns, because once the products leave our factory, they can't be used or resold.
If your order is incorrect, incomplete or damaged, please inform us within 7 days after receiving it. Provide a description of the problem and the photos you received. Be sure to state whether you want a refund or an exchange.
If the goods are marked as "delivered" by the carrier, they cannot be regarded as lost. Only when the goods have never arrived at the delivery address provided at checkout, are they considered lost. If you think your shipment is lost, please contact us and let us know whether you want a refund or a replacement.
